Delete your Waytz account and data
If you would like to permanently delete your Waytz account and associated data, you have two options:
In-app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your account will be permanently deleted.
By email: Send a request to support@waytz.ca from the email associated with your account with the subject line: “Delete my Waytz account”.

What gets deleted
Your profile (username, email, profile photo)
Workout history, cardio logs, muscle analytics
Social activity (posts, comments, likes, followers/following)
Uploaded media (photos, profile picture)
Notification tokens and app preferences

Retention
Deletion begins immediately after your request.
Most data is removed within 30 days.
Backups and logs are purged on a rolling basis within 90 days.
We may keep limited information if required by law (e.g., for fraud prevention).
